Meredith Johnson Hornbuckle, MS, RDN, LD, is clinical dietitian at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, Meredith graduated from Georgia State University with undergraduate degrees in Hospitality Administration (BBA, 2008) and Nutrition (BS, 2012; MS, 2013). Meredith enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Joanna P. Skinner, MBA, MS, RD, LD
Once a musician, then a fundraising researcher at several universities, Joanna began her transition to a career in nutrition in 2009. She graduated from Georgia State University’s Coordinated Program in 2012. She has worked in compliance for The Coca-Cola Company’s Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs division since January 2014. Prior to that, she assisted with research projects in the exercise physiology laboratory at Georgia Tech and taught nutrition at both Georgia Tech and Georgia State University. She serves as vice president and member of the scholarship committee of the Georgia Dietetic Foundation.
Monica Grages, MS, RD,LD
Monica Grages is a clinical dietitian specializing in transplant nutrition at Emory University Hospital. Prior to being at Emory she worked in long term care and sub-acute rehab centers throughout the state of Georgia and holds Board Certification as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgia State University, completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics in 2012 and the Coordinated Program in 2013. In her spare time, Monica enjoys cycling, baking, and playing with her dog.
Jessica Mullen, MS, RD, LD
Jessica Hill Mullen, MS, RDN, LD works at the CDC on the Sodium Reduction Policy team in the Division of Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention. She attended The University of Georgie receiving a BSFCS in Dietetics and Georgia State University, receiving a MS and completing a dietetic internship. She enjoys cooking, eating, running, and being outside.
Michelle Gooden, RD, LD

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she completed degrees in Dietetics and Consumer Foods. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Connecticut. She currently works as the Dietetic Internship Coordinator for Emory Hospitals Dietetic Internship where she is responsible for program development, coordination, and evaluation. In addition to her role as Internship Coordinator, Michelle works as a clinical dietitian specializing in nutrition therapy for neurosurgery, neurointensive care, neurology, and neuroscience and assists with clinical research. She also serves as the Public Policy Coordinator for the Georgia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (GAND). In 2016, GAND presented Michelle with the Emerging Dietetic Leader Award.

Jessica Todd is the current Coordinated Program Director of Georgia State University’s Coordinated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Georgia State University. She also completed her internship at Georgia State. Jessica was a member of the Professional Development Committee in 2012, Membership Chair in 2013, Secretary in 2014 and 2015 and has been elected Nominating Chair for 2016. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
Taylor Burnette, RDN, LD
Taylor attended Clemson University for her undergraduate degree. She completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Currently, Taylor works as clinical dietitian at Emory University Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and hiking.
Joy A. Lee, MS, RD, LD
Joy graduated from the Coordinated Program at Georgia State University in 2015 and works as a clinical dietitian at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Joy moved to Atlanta after finishing her undergraduate degree in Microbiology and has been proud to call Atlanta home for the last 10 years. She has a passion for hiking and traveling and enjoys cooking in her free time.
Katie Barnes, RD, LD

A native to Georgia, Katie completed her undergrad at the University of Georgia in Dietetics and Consumer Foods and recently finished her dietetic internship through Southern Regional Medical Center. Katie works in the foodservice industry as a technical sales coordinator for Merieux Nutrisciences. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, traveling, cooking and spending time with her dog, Duke, on the beltline.
Courtney Plush, MS, RD, LD

Courtney Plush, originally from Philadelphia, is a clinical and outpatient dietitian with Emory Healthcare. She focuses on counseling for bariatric surgery nutrition, weight management, and diabetes management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. She completed her dietetic internship at Emory Healthcare. She is active on Twitter (@courtneyplush) and Facebook, and blogs about nutrition science topics. In her free time, she likes to run, cook, read, and take her beagle, Beans, to the dog park.
